Our fix was to add the NetApp controller management IP addresses to the proxy settings exceptions list in Internet Explorer on the SCOM RMS server. This is the server where we installed ApplianceWatch and had the SCOM console open on.

(Alternatively you could not use a proxy server on your SCOM server if possible in your environment.)</description>
